Tips for Keeping Your Inner Pot in Good Condition:
- DO NOT use sharp utensils to scoop the rice from the inner pot. Ex: metal spatula, spoons, forks, chopsticks, ladle, and etc. Please use a rice scooper/spatula that came with the rice cooker.
- Pre-soak the inner pot with warm water after each use for 2-3hrs to soften the leftover rice for an easy cleaning
- Never use an abrasive sponge or material to wash your inner pot
- Never leave or wash utensils inside the inner pot
- DO NOT place the inner pot upside down on top of other dishes when you're drying the inner pot
- The inner pots were not made to be washed in a dishwashing machine. Please avoid it at all cost.
- Dry the inner pot with a soft material
- PLEASE DO NOT put rice inside the rice cooker with "Keep Warm" function on for over 12hrs. It is a health hazard and not good for the inner pot
- Replace the rubber cover packing every 6 months to prevent potential damage to the inner pot
